Shipping policy

OVERVIEW
Welcome to Licence Me! We currently only offer products and services in South Africa. Unfortunately we do not ship outside of South Africa, and do not sell any services outside of South Africa.

SECTION 1 - SHIPMENT METHODS
All physical products are shipped using door-to-door courier services provided by South Africa's leading courier companies. This shipping method includes package tracking and delivery insurance for your convenience. All service products such as any of the Firearm Licence, Competency or Motivation Services that we sell through our website are delivered electronically via email to the specified email address that you supplied when placing your order.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free shipping on all items in our store. Whether these are physical items that are shipped via door-to-door courier, or service items such as any of our Firearm Licence, Competency or Motivation Services that are sent via email.

SECTION 3 - HANDLING TIME
We aim to process all orders the same day they are received. For physical products this means we aim to ship them to you the same day you placed your order. For any of our service items such as any of our Firearm Licence, Competency or Motivation Services, we aim to complete and email these to you within 72 hours of receiving all of the required supporting documentation and personal information from you. Unfortunately, we cannot complete these services without the required information.

SECTION 4 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not ship products or sell / offer any services outside of South Africa.

SECTION 5 - DUTIES AND TAXES
LicenceMe is V.A.T registered, and all prices are inclusive of V.A.T. There are no additional duties or taxes on any of our products, and the amount displayed is the total charge that you will be billed for the selected item or service.

SECTION 6 - LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
